The War of Uncreation is largely over following the deaths of Oberon, Dworkin, and Osric. But can Dworkin truly die? Will Benedict and Fiona be able to hold things together?

Potential Threats

Finndo is still at large, and there may be multiple Blood Curses at work due to the deaths of Oberon, Dworkin, and Osric, not to mention the deaths of Mordred of Jet and Selene of Jet.

The War of Uncreation

Dworkin repented and fled to Chaos with Osric and Finndo. King Oberon waged a continual defense with the Jewel of Judgement against the literal unmaking of reality as Dworkin’s penance.

Sea City, Sky City, and Forest

Coral is ruled by Princess Ralinea, daughter of the Priestess of Leviathan, Llewella. Deirdre is known as the Duchess of Alabaster, and is the best at seeing through its rather opaque omens. The Summerlands are the traditional venue of the youngest, and are overseen by Random.

Royal Bloodline of Pearl

Dworkin – Fled to Chaos, ran House Barimen and tried to undo the Pattern he created in a fit of madness. Slain by an allied team composed of royal family member from Pearl, Diamond, Opal, and Amber.

Oberon – The valiant defender of the Pattern, and all it stands for. Slain with Basilisk poison by agents of Jet who allied themselves with Dworkin.

Benedict – Former Marshal of Pearl, and bearer of the Pattern Blade Werewindle. Now King of Pearl.

Osric – In Chaos, aiding Dworkin. Slain by an allied team composed of royal family member from Pearl, Diamond, Opal, and Amber.

Finndo – In Chaos, aiding Dworkin. Still at large.

Eric – Ambassador at large for Oberon. Now Marshal of Pearl.

Corwin – Admiral of the South Fleet.

Caine – Captain of the Castle Guard. Nothing escapes his notice.

Deirdre – Duchess of Alabaster, wielder of Greyswandir and the Jewel of Alabaster.

Fiona – She worked with Oberon to keep all the Patterns stable. Now Reality's primary bastion.

Bleys – Slain in Chaos by Osric. His cenotaph is on Kolvir.

Llewella – High Priestess of Leviathan, and mother of Princess Ralinea. She is the most powerful mystic of the family.

Brand – Missing for a long time, Brand was rescued recently by Eric.

Florimel – Head of House Chantal, of which the Geisha and Ninja of Earth are but mere Shadows.

Julian – Master of the Knightly Order of Guardians, and wielder of the Pattern Blade Andauntric.

Gerard – Admiral of the North Fleet.

Random – Overseer of the Summerlands, a paradise where many of the dead souls of Shadow travel after they die.

Alexander – The musical son of Bleys. Also the most beautiful of the men of Pearl.

Lisa – Alexander’s full sister, who spends most of her time involved in trump studies in Chaos, spying discreetly on Dworkin.

Selene – Deirdre’s daughter by a resident of Alabaster. A strange woman, she seems to dream all the time. While dreaming her Dream Form can travel intangibly between Realms.

Ralinea – Daughter of Llewella, and ruler of Coral. A devotee of Leviathan.

Maximillian – Son of Florimel, he runs a trading house in Pearl.
